There’s a beautiful shallow area that’s ideal for beginners or relaxed dives, and for the more adventurous, the site goes down to around 30 meters, where you can see an incredible variety of marine life.

Yes, you read that right—the presence of fish at deeper depths here is truly remarkable. While it’s commonly recognized that most fish tend to stay in shallower waters, typically down to 12 meters, at Princess, there’s also an impressive concentration of fish all the way down to 30 meters. It’s a rare and exciting experience for divers who enjoy exploring the deeper zones.

One of the site’s highlights is the huge garden of eels. It’s an unforgettable experience to watch them retreat into their holes as you approach, and if you stay still, you’ll see them slowly emerge again—absolutely fascinating.

Another unique feature is the schooling bannerfish, which can only be found in Eilat. They’re bright, beautiful, and often come right up to divers, performing mesmerizing maneuvers right before your eyes.

The deeper section is stunning—it looks like underwater coral islands in the distance, covered in table corals and sponges. And the best part? This whole dive is accessible directly from the shore, making it super easy and convenient.
