If you’re looking for a truly special guided dive in Eilat Bay, let us introduce you to one of the best dive sites in the area: Sun Boat.

This incredible spot boasts the highest concentration of fish schools in the region—so dense and vibrant, it feels like diving in the Maldives. It’s a unique combination of abundant marine life and a shipwreck dive, all in one location.

The wreck lies about 350 meters from shore, and the approach is usually done on the surface. Please consider your physical fitness for this part, as it can be a challenge. Alternatively, using a dive scooter is a great advantage and highly recommended. The return is typically done underwater, making for a more relaxed and scenic journey back.

Beyond the wreck itself, the site features sunken amphibious vehicles now beautifully covered in corals. But what makes Sun Boat truly unforgettable are the vast schools of fish—with a wide variety of species—and occasional appearances from larger marine creatures. Atlantic groupers, manta rays, and schools of trevally have all been spotted here.
