Want better balance, redundancy and freedom underwater? In the PADI Sidemount course you’ll learn to dive with your tanks mounted at your sides instead of on your back – a comfortable, streamlined configuration that’s also the foundation for technical diving. Train one-on-one on the Red Sea in Eilat.
What you’ll learn
Rigging and configuring sidemount equipment, trim and buoyancy in sidemount, managing two independent tanks, gas switching and safety drills, and comfortable, streamlined movement along the reef.
Prerequisites
- PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
- Minimum age 15
Format
- Knowledge development + at least 3 dives
- Sidemount equipment provided – all included
- Personal instructor throughout, on Eilat’s reefs
