Refresher Dive in Eilat: Get Back Underwater with Confidence

Been a while since your last dive? A year, two, maybe ten? It happens to most divers — and the fix is simple: one refresher dive, and you’ll feel at home underwater again.

Who is a refresher dive for?

  • Certified divers who haven’t dived for six months or more.
  • Anyone feeling unsure about gear, buoyancy control or underwater communication.
  • Divers planning a dive trip abroad who want to arrive prepared.
  • Parents who want to dive with their kids after a long break.

Most dive centres worldwide will ask for a refresher if it’s been more than 6–12 months — better to do it here in the Red Sea, with an instructor who knows you personally.

What does the dive include?

  • A short theory review: dive planning, hand signals, safety.
  • Setting up your equipment again with the instructor — nothing on autopilot.
  • Skills practice in shallow water: mask clearing, regulator recovery, buoyancy control.
  • A real guided reef dive — not a pool. In Eilat you walk straight from the beach onto the reef, in some of the safest conditions anywhere.

Everything is taught personally by Dmitriy Trubarev, PADI Course Director with 20 years of experience and 3,000+ certifications — in English, Russian or Hebrew.

How much does it cost?

Refresh Dive: 220–320₪, full equipment included. Book online or via WhatsApp. See all prices in our Eilat diving price list.

And after the refresher?

Join guided dives at Eilat’s best sites — the Satil wreck, the Caves, the Underwater Restaurant (full dive site guide) — or move on to the Advanced course and specialties like Night Diver and Nitrox.
