Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Trubarev Dive Co. we want you to enjoy your dive experience with confidence. This policy explains cancellations, refunds and returns.
Diving courses and guided dives
- Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations 24–48 hours before start.
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before start, no-shows, or after the course has started.
- Weather cancellations initiated by us are rescheduled at no cost, or fully refunded if rescheduling is not possible.
- Medical conditions that prevent diving (verified by a medical certificate) are fully refunded, minus any non-refundable third-party fees (e.g., PADI e-learning already activated).
Physical products (gear, accessories, gift cards)
- 14-day return window from delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
- Digital gift cards and PADI e-learning codes are non-refundable once activated.

Consumer rights
This policy does not affect statutory consumer rights under Israeli law (Consumer Protection Law 1981).
