Do you breathe a lot underwater and want to reduce your air consumption? You’ve come to the right place!
Let us introduce the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy (PPB) Specialty Course. The better control you have over your neutral buoyancy, the less air you’ll use during your dives. This course helps you master your breathing and, in turn, your buoyancy.
The course consists of just two dives. Before getting in the water, you’ll practice breathing exercises on land to learn how to control your breathing effectively. Once underwater, you’ll apply these techniques. Between dives, we’ll also work on reducing your weights and adjusting your trim to help you achieve a perfectly horizontal body position.
With your new skills and streamlined setup, you’ll head into the second dive and review the results. By the end of the course, you’ll be using less weight, less air, and moving through the water more efficiently.
